Description
Permit granted by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund and the Board of Education to John Bennett of Lafayette County, giving him permission to cut cedar timber on state-owned lands in Precoshiu Swamp and the vicinity of the Esteenhatchie [Steinhatchee] River, and ship them to Cedar Key. A cedar pencil factory was at that time operating at Cedar Key.
