Hutchins, commanding officer at the Women's Army Corps (WAC) Detachment at Fort McPherson, Georgia. Hutchins discusses her career with WAC and how the liberal arts education she received from FSU prepared her for the Army. The interview concludes with Hutchins discussing the upcoming Summer College Program for juniors at Fort McClellan in Alabama.

- A high school student named "Bob" learns about Florida colleges and universities. The tour of schools starts in Tallahassee with scenes of Florida State University and Florida A and M University. The tour continues to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, Stetson University in DeLand, and Rollins College in Winter Park. At Florida Southern College there are shots of buildings designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Then at the University of Tampa the narrator describes the university’s new interpersonal and intercultural relations program. The last stop is the University of Miami. The film ends with “Bob” registering and taking a tour of an unnamed college in Florida. The projection print is a black and white copy.
