He closes his interview with cautionary comments, warning that lessons can be learned from similar situations with water bodies in southern Florida. Next, Dave "Red" Smith talks about his lifelong relationship with Lake Jackson. The segment ends with silent footage of boaters, developments and businesses in the Lake Jackson area.
