- One audio cassette. Born in Pennsylvania, and at the time a waitress, Hoffman discusses her role in organizing a peace quilt to be presented to Jacksonville's then sister city: Murmansk, Russia. The quilt was created for the Coalition for Peace with Justice. She disccusses organizing the event; finding quilters; the process of making the quilt: 26 quilt patches created separately, then sewn together; discussions of the indivdual patches: the patterns and quilters/creators; and plans for the quilt.
