Includes of various office staff, including Beauchamp on the telephone. Also includes several images of the Folklore in Education Seminar, held 2 June 1982, that included state folklorist Peggy Bulger and folklorists Belland, Petersen, and Closson. The seminar focused on Hamilton and Columbia counties.

The subject of the meeting was the Heritage Awards and changes to be made to the award ceremony and the process surrounding it were discussed.
