Thirteen color slides. Graves date from the 1800s. Located between Lake City and White Springs on Rt. 131. The Folk Arts in Schools Project in Columbia and Hamilton County was a joint venture between the county school systems and the Florida Folklife Program. The project consisted of field research to identify local traditions and folk artists, and in-school programs conducted by a folklorist and traditionalist, which included visits by local folk artists.

One proof sheet with 36 black and white images (plus negatives). Images 1 through 11 are of farmer Earl McMullian's antique engines, his barn, and his mule plow. Lived in in Two Egg, Florida. Images 12 through 14 are of broom maker Fred Williams and his wife, of Grand Ridge, Florida, at their home. Images 15 through 36 are of the Pilgrim's Rest Primitive Baptist Church in Graceville, Florida. Includes image sof church members, a church service (very dark), the church, its cemetery, and a church picnic.

Eleven color slides. Images are dark. The Florida Folk Arts Survey was conducted in 1987 by folklorists Tina Bucuvalis, Steve Frangos, Merri Belland, and Barbara Seitz as preliminary research for a joint folk art between the Florida Folklife Program and the Florida Museum of History. The field researchers focused on those areas previously overlooked by FFP staff. The research focused on identifying folk artists and locating appropriate exhibit objects.
