One audio cassette. Recording of Shiver (guitar, vocals) performing country music by Hank Williams, the Carter Family, and Eddy Arnold at his Eastpoint home. Originally from Quincy, Florida, he and his wife, Delcie Faircloth Shiver, both worked in the oyster industry.

One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Malkine was from Shady, New York. The Mitchells were from Washington DC and played dulcimers. The Hallmans were from Greenville, SC. Muller was from Lake Mary, and Tillinghast was from Hollywood. Burnstine, wife of the late Bob Beers, was from Petersburg, New York (she rant he Fox Hollow Folk Festival until 1980.) John Huber was from Knoxville, Tennessee. Flemming was from Dade City. Dirt Kickers was a string band from Tallahassee. The Georgia Sea Island Singers (Jones & Quimby) were from Brunswick, Georgia.

One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Bagpiper Hamilton, from Starke and a Florida Times-Union reporter, played first. The Bucksnort Barndance Band and the cloggers were both from Gainesville. Kloiber, at the time a law student at the University of Virginia, was from West Palm Beach; Gerard, a speech graduate student at the University of Tampa, was from Lake City. They met and began playing traditional folk music while students at Florida State University. Dekle was from Macclenny. McKinney and Alvarez were violinists from Starke. At the time Evelyn lived in Petersburg, New York. Popular on the folk circuit in the 1960s, she performed with late husband Bob (and later daughter Martha)as the popular folk act, the Beers Family. They were sent in 1968 by the U.S. Dept. of State on a tour on India, and once played for the White House in 1969. In 1966, they also began the popular Fox Hollow Festival in upstate New York.
