Continues video FV-59 of the peformance on Stage III of Washington DC-based blues duo Wiggins and Cephas. Then extensive footage of the Cayo Huesa Comparsas Band and Dancers performing. One video cassette. (3/4" tape) Jesus and Henry Rodriguez on Venezuelan harp, Bati Drummers, Venezuelan parchment cards, Scull Sisters, Cuban cake decorator, Rafael Ozambela (Cuban cigar roller). Sponsored by the Historical Museum of Southern Florida, the festival was held at the Metro-Dade Cultural Center. In 1987, the name of the festival was changed to the Traditions Festival.
