Summers was a forest fire fighter, Dye was a supervisor at Corbitt Cypress Mill in White Springs, Baxley ran a logging business, and Pywell was a professor of Forestry at UF. They discuss acceptance of women in the forestry field, discrimination they faced, descriptions of their respective jobs, types of lumber and forest fires, and typical day at their jobs.
