- One reel to reel recording. Discussion of how men from various cultures (Jewish, Haitian, Greek, and Trinidadian) celebrate holidays and special events. Gombos was from Tarpon Springs, Shapiro from Orlando, Cousuillant and Reyes from Miami. Each year at the Florida Folk Festival, the Florida Folklife Program emphasized a particular culture, tradtions, or geographic area. In 1990, they emphasized celebrations of various Florida groups. including Haitians, Trinidadians, Greeks, and Jewish peoples.

- Four color slides. Images of Semigran's hand woven Jewish prayer shawls. Jewish tradition is to wear fringes on the corners of four-cornered garments. Since this is no longer a commonly worn type of garment, it is customary to wear a Tallit, a prayer shawl, during morning services. A Tallit can be made from any material and can be any color.
