Three reel to reel recordings. Landon Walker served as the emcee. This was the last performance of the festival. The bluegrass group consisted of Red Henry on guitar and mandolin, and his wife Murphy Henry on banjo (and the group's songwriter), as well as two of Murphy's sisters -- Argen Hicks and Nancy Hicks. All members sang harmony. Based out of Hawthorne, Florida, Red was from North Florida, while the sisters were all Georgia natives. The group performed at the 1978 and 1987 Florida Folk Festival. By the late 1990s, Murphy was a renowned banjo instructor, and Red toured with their son Chris.
