She discusses her background as well as herbs and how they are good for various aspects of one's health. Her focus seems to be on homeopathic remedies. She also talks about her mentor from Alabama, Lloyd Clayton. Amma Essandoh discusses textile traditions from Ghana. She especially discusses how textile patterns and designs, what one wears, communicates things about that person's life.
