One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Carter was a musical therapist in Tallahassee. Shedden was from Jacksonville. Smith (Gail and Gene) and Mark (Joe) were from St. Augustine. Skip Johns was a bluegrass band from Lake City. Dinella and Myers were singer-guitarists from Tampa.

Description
Eleven reel to reels. For information regarding performers, titles of songs, and other details, see individual reel descriptions. The FFP recorded the main stage/amphitheater only, although performances were given throughout the park. For a listing of other performers from those stages, see the festival programs located in S 1619. The festival began on Friday (2 September) evening at 7:30pm and ran through Monday (5 September) afternoon. Performers usually played sets of three to four songs each. Performances were presented in morning, afternoon, and evening blocks. This was the 25th Florida Folk Festival.

One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Williamson was from Palatka. Zeke was a fiddler from Panama City. His wife Rosa straw beat for him. The Mt. Carmel Choir were from Palatka, and led by Choice Butler. The Wild Bunch clogged to Sawgrass Boys dance music.

One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. The Mt. Carmel Choir was based out of Palatka, and led by Choice Butler. Whatley was form Bell, and sang country music. Burnstine was the wife to the late bob Beers. She lived in Peterburg New York and ran the Fox Hollow Folk Festival (until 1980). Haley was her niece, and lived in Amherst, Mass. The ukulele band, of Lakeland, consisted of children between and nine and eleven years old. Led by Lois Ann Conoley. Junkanoos played calypso music, and were based in Key West. Older was from Lake Hamilton. Moore was a guitarist from Naples. Dinella and Myers were both singer-guitarists from Tampa.

Kloiber and Gerard, both from Lake City, began performing while at Florida State University together. The Kellys were from Palatka. Devane played with the Bucksnort Barndance Band, a bluegrass group from Gainesville.

Howhuizen was one half of the Wiggins Sisters, who played the festival for years. Fitchen was billed as Eugenia Sisinni Jones. The Caney Forkers were from Tennessee. McLean was singer-guitarist-songwriter from Gainesville. Grooms was a journalism professor at the University of Florida.

Smith was from Marietta, Georgia. Tillinghast was form Stone Mountain, Georgia. Mitchell performed a shoeshine rag with heaps-Nelson on harmonica. Moore was form Naples. Singer-storyteller-guitarist Rogers was from St. Augustine. Muller was a music instructor at Seminole Community College. Junkanoos played calypso music.

Lydia and the Pinkhams (Peggy Burr, Trisha Conner, Barbara Smith, and Michael O'Steen) were from Lakeland. Waldron was an eigth grader from White Springs.
