One digital audio tape(DAT). The Versiteers, a Jacksonville-based a capella gospel group, consisted of L.V. Starling, Linda Carter, and Myrtle Butler. Law and Wako Kai of Pensacola danced to pre-recorded music. Jose Silva of Pembroke Pines led the Nicaraguan dance group Toco Huaco. Tru-Blu Grass consisted of Bill Hendry (fiddle), Jane Roynl (bass), Eddie Knight (guitar), Jack Piccalo (banjo) and Ken Carey (mandolin).

Two reel to reel recordings. Blackwelder began fiddling at 18, a self-taught musician. Born in 1910 in Bradford County, he was in the citrus business. His influences included Chubby Wise and Broward Green. In the recordings, Blackwelder discusses his life and fiddling styles. He plays several fiddle tunes.

Description
One digital audio tape (DAT). Clements was a long-time bluegrass and old-time music fiddler. Over the years, he played with Bill Monroe, Jim and Jesse, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Doc Watson, and Earl Scruggs. The Rice Brothers - Tony, Larry, and Wyatt - have performed bluegrass music with each other and as solo artists since the 1970s. Part of the "New Grass" movement (which also made Clements a well-known performer), the Rice Brothers have popularized and modernized bluegrass music. Tony and Wyatt played guitar, while Larry played mandolin.

One reel to reel recording. Crider served as the emcee. Rice was born in Virginia, but entered the music scene in California. By the late 1960s and 1970s, he was popular on the bluegrass circuit. In the 1990s, he began recording for Rounder Records. The unit consisted of Rice (guitar); Ronnie Simpkins (bass); Rickie Simpkins (fiddle); Jimmy Goodson (mandolin); and Wyatt Rice (guitar).
