One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. (The second half of the reel consists of Friday afternoon performances -- see separate entry for details.) Saunders was the chairman of the Stephen Foster Memorial Commission. Meadows was White Springs' mayor. Housewright was the Dean of Music for Florida State University. Shore was from Brighton Seminole Indian Reservation. Knott was the festival's first director. The Caney Forkers were based out of Cookeville, Tennessee. The Wiggins (Velma and daughter Hallie) lived in Bradenton. For You Are My Sunshine, they played the musical bottlephone. Hall lived in Sarasota, and sang mountain ballads.

Description
Three reel to reels. The Beers Family began the Fox Hollow Folk Festival in 1966, which was held annually in Petersburgh, New York until 1980. Both Boltin and Ritchie played the first year -- and these undated recordings might be from that year. In 1972, Bob Beers died in a car accident in Vermont. NOTE: commercial recordings by Win Stracke and other unidentified performers have been redacted due to copyright restrictions.

Description
Six audio cassette recordings. The Kids stage started at 9am and ran through 4pm. (Although the recordings do not start until 10am.) One Heart were from Monticello, and featured Sam, Sally, and John Worley. Ketubah are Jewish marriage contracts which are usually highly decorative.
