Resources for the 2012-13 Florida History Fair

National History Day Logo

Sponsored by the Museum of Florida History, the Florida History Fair (FHF) is an annual, statewide activity that enhances the teaching and learning of history at elementary and secondary levels.

A Florida History Fair entry can address any person, event, or idea from any time or place in history, but it must also relate to the annual theme. The list of Florida topics was developed by staff of the Museum of Florida History and the Division of Historical Resources, Florida Department of State.

The following resources relating to this year's theme are available online from the State Library and Archives of Florida. Additional primary and secondary resources include primary resources from other institutions and key secondary resources.
