Charlie Crist takes the oath before testifying on March 22, 2011, in the trial of former House Speaker Ray Sansom, R-Fort Walton Beach, who was charged with grand theft and conspiracy involving a $6 million airport hangar project in the 2007 state budget. In a disagreement with Circuit Judge Terry Lewis (L), involving the legal definition of conspiracy, Leon County State Attorney Willie Meggs abruptly dropped his prosecution of the case against Sansom and Destin businessman Jay Odom."
