Webb. He acquired 330 acres after deciding in 1951 to glamorize industry and started an "instant Factory" plan by erecting plants, like model homes, and showing them to prospects. On spacious tracts, allowing ample production and transportation facilities, the modern and palm-fringed plants utilize Florida's fresh sunny climate under ideal working conditions, which has helped industrialists already located there to increase capacity and minimize absentism. The acreage has a capacity for 130 plants."
