General Note
The Florida Supreme Court moved to its current location, the Supreme Court Building, in 1949. The Court met in the Old Capitol Building from 1845-1912 and in an earlier Supreme Court Building (Whitfield Building) from 1912-1949.
Accompanying note: "On November 29, 2007, Craig Waters stated that the court observed the state sesquicentennial not in 1995, but in 1997 when Justice Kogan agreed to set aside funds to produce the following events."
Note the banner reads, "Celebrating 150 years of Supreme Court History".
