And afterwards at the same Term of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and Twenty nine, to wit, on Wednesday the third day of said Term and the sixth of said month the following verdict was entered, to wit,

James Jackson on the demise of Philip Dewees,

Louisa Dewees, Mary Dewees, Winslow Foster and

Martha his wife, Catharine Hall, Margaret Floyd,

John Floyd, Dionisio Solano and Mary his In Ejectment

wife and Andrew Floyd …. Plaintiffs

against

Francis P. Fatio …..defendant

This day came the parties by their attornies and the Jury sworn herein on yesterday appeared and took their seats, to wit, Bartolo Olivares, John Pellicer, Joseph Delespine, John Geiger, Stephen Amon, Douglass Dummet, Francis Pellicer, Charles W Clarke, James Pellicer, Joseph Long, Andrew Pacetty and John Leonardy and having heard the evidence and argument of counsel on both sides upon their oaths do say that the said defendant is guilty in manner and form as the said plaintiffs in their declarations have alleged and do find that the plaintiffs recover possession of eighteen hundred and nine acres and Twenty five perches English land measure, parcel of the premises in said declaration mention together with one cent damages and their costs by him about their suit in this behalf expended.

And afterwards at the same Term of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and Twenty nine, to wit, on Thursday the fourth day of said Term and the seventh of said month the following entry was made, to wit,
