McDougal; which said suggestion is in the words and figures following, to wit,

Superior Court for the Eastern District of Florida

Philip Dewees and others

vs.

Francis P. Fatio and

John Forbes

And now at this day, to wit on the third day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight, comes the said plaintiff, by John Rodman his attorney, and gives the court here to understand and be informed that since the last continuance of this cause, the said Mary McDougal, wife of Alexander McDougal and one of the lessors of the plaintiffs in said cause by a decree of this court in Equity, has been divorced from her said husband Alexander McDougall, and has been married to one Dionisia Solano, wherefore the said plaintiff prays that the names of the said Dionisio Solano may be suggested on the record of said cause, as one of the lessors of the plaintiff, in the place of the said Alexander McDougall.

And afterwards, to wit, before the Superior Court for the Eastern District of Florida holden at the court house in the city of St. Augustine at the Term of November [?] in the year of our Lord one thousand eight and Twenty eight to which Term this cause had come by regular continuance, to wit, on Monday the first day of said Term and the third of said month, the following entry was made, to wit,
