His fellow citizen to go before hire he is to be shipped of his estate and reduced to almost that ?? without having the benefit so dear to every American citizen in train by jury. I submit then that the cause should have been commanded and an issue directed. Our Law particularly leans to jury trails and seeks to exclude all questions of fact from causing before the judiciary.
