The separate answer of William R. Armistead Johnson an infant under the age of twenty one years, by James W. Pigram his guardian ad litem to the Bill of Complaint filed in this court against him and others, by William R. Johnson Advisor of Adelia H. Johnson dcd & by John E. Johnson This respondent by his said guardian for answer to the said Bill Saith that him an infant under the age of twenty one years, & for the protection of his rights beg leave to place himself under the control of this Honr. Court and leaving discovered prays to be hence dismissed with his costs.

And in Court: on the same day and year last aforesaid William R. Johnson Advisor of all and singular the goods and Chattels rights and credits of Adelia H. Johnson and, formally Adelia H. Armistead and John Evans Johnson, an infant under The age of Twenty one years, who sues by the said William R. Johnson, his next friend.
