To the Marshal of the Superior Court for the said District, Greetings

The hereby command you that you proceed to sell, at the warehouse of O.O Hare Esq. in the town of Key West, at public out cry to the highest bidder for cash, such portions of the goods, wares & merchandize lately comprising the cargo of the wrecked ship Ajax as shall upon their arrival as this port be found to be wet damaged & in a perishing condition; that said sale or sales take place as soon after the arrival of said goods as proper notice can be given thereof, & that the proceeds arising therefore be paid into the registry subject to the further order & decree of the court.

Herein fail not, & how you shall have executed this incept [?] make known to us as the Court House at Key West on Friday the 25[th] day of Nov inst.
