Harris Sutliff, Nancy Sutliff, Daniel Sutliff & Joseph Carroll, shall severally make their appearance before the Judge of this Court on the first day of the next term of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, being the 14[th] day of the present month (May) to give evidence on behalf of the state of Florida vs John Ammons who stands indicted for "Murder," and shall not depart thence without the leave of the Court, then this recognizance to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

In open Court personally came Daniel Eldridge, Abner Campbell, J. St. Clair Sutton, Henry Jones, Albert Jones, John Smith, Benjamin Sutton, Charles McKinnon, Harris Subtly, Albert Parrish & Gregory T. Ward and acknowledge themselves to be severally indebted to the Governor of the State of Florida in the sum of one hundred dollar each, of their respective goods and chattels, lands and tenements to be levied, to the said Governor and to his successors, for the use of the State rendered.Yet upon this condition, that if the said Daniel Eldridge, Abner Campbell, J.
