-each of their Respective goods and chattles, lands & tenements to be levied, and to the Governor of the State and his Successor for the use of the State Rendered: Yet upon this condition that if the dais Craven Kittroll, Thomas Sellers, Benjamin Sutton and Henry Davis shall severally make their appearance before this Court, on the first Wednesday of the next term of our Circuit Court on behalf of John Ammons who stands Indicted before this Court by the State for Murder, and not depart thence without leave of the Court, then this Recognizance is to be void else to Remain in full force and virtue.

And afterwards at another term of the said Court, beginning on the 11[th] day of July AD 1859, and ending on the 20[th] day of July AD 1859, & on the 12the day of July AD 1859, during the setting of said Court an order was made in said case in the words and figures following, to wit,
