Morrison, David Neel, Albert Parrish & David Sutley and acknowledged themselves to be indebted to the State of Florida in the sum of one hundred dollars each of their respective goods and chattels, lands and tenements to be levied and to the Governor of the State and his Successor for the use of the State Rendered.

Get upon the condition that if the said Joseph Carroll, Harris Sutley, Nancy Sutley, Alexander C. Munroe, Eli Wright, Angus Gillis, James Pell, William B. Thomas, Daniel Brownell, Daniel Morrison, David Neel, Albert Parrish & David Sutley shall severally make their appearance before the Judge of this Court on the first Tuesday of the next term of our Circuit Court to give evidence on behalf of the State vs John Ammons and shall not depart them without the leave of the Count, then this Recognizance is to be void else to Remain full force & virtue.

And on the same day and at the same term of said Court the following named persons were also Recognized to appear at the next term of said Court as witness to testify on behalf of the Defendant in said case in the words and figures following, to wit,

In open court personally came Craven Kittroll, Thomas Sellars, Benjamin Sutton and Henry Jones, and acknowledged themselves to be severally indebted to the State of Florida in the sum of one hundred dollars-
