Francis a Slave

And more on this day comes the defendant by her attorney McQueen McIntosh and moves the court for arrest and judgment and a new trial where upon after argument, it is ordered and adjudged by the court that motion of defendant be granted and new trial granted.

One motion continued, recognized taken before the court in the sum of six hundred dollars to wit Atrur M. Hall. Two hundred dollars. Spencer Brooks two hundred dollars, and Peter Munson. Two hundred dollars, for the Francis a Slave appear and at the next turn of this Court and there to remain and abide final order of the Court.
