The Bamboo Landing at the Estero River was the formal entrance to the Koreshan Settlement and gardens before the Tamiami Trail was completed in the 1920s.
Biographical Note
Imogene was born on December 24, 1881 in Quincy, Illinois as the daughter of James Harper Bubbett & Evelyn Trickett Bubbett. Married Claude J. Rahn in 1913. She died on September 14, 1932 in Estero, Florida.
