Constituted February, 1922. Services in a residence, 4th St. near Illinois St., until 1924, then building erected, Jefferson St., 1924, sold property 1924, then 1740 Madison St., until present, gray, rectangular, 2 story, concrete block structure erected and dedicated 1927, first services in basement, October. Present membership ____. Active organizations, Sunday School, Baptist Young People's Union, Woman's Home Missionary Society.

First settled pastor, Rev. Ulysee Marshall, 1922-1924. Common school education. Present pastor, Rev. D.G. Graham, 1938--, 800 W. Adams St., Jacksonville.
