Located at 51 Avenue C on the northwest corner of Market Street. The Inn was established in 1907 and restored in 1985.
The district, roughly bounded by the Apalachicola River, Apalachicola Bay, 17th and Jefferson Sts., was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
