  • One digital audio tape (DAT). Murray served as emcee. Monroe, a mandolin player, was known as the creator of bluegrass style of music with his band, the Bluegrass Boys (where the name for the musical genre derives from.) He was often called the Father of Bluegrass. For images of his performance, see S 1577, box 15, folder 2. His performance continued from D93-13. The second half of the tape consists of the Sunday morning program.
