  • One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Tillinghast was from Statesville, N.C. Lee & Peggy Kelly were from Palatka. From Jacksonville, Jay & Peggy Smith played the festival since 1959. Jay was an insurance executive, and Peggy taught in Duval County schools. From Ft. Myers, Moore taught at Immokalee High School.
