Herbert and Chris Mahne talks with reporters after testifying before the Florida Senate Commerce Committee on the condition of his sixteen-year-old daughter Marlo who is confined to a wheelchair. Marlo was badly burned when a car she was riding in exploded during an accident. The Mahne's are against a cap on personal injury insurance.
