Accompanying note: "Ralph Brown operated Brown's Pharmacy, 441 N. Monroe St., Tallahassee, from 1960 to 1985 (shown here in 1961). His son, Charles Brown, continued the operation until 1990. The Browns, with partner Sammy Fenn, also operated Brown's Northside pharmacy, 2057 N. Monroe St., from 1968 to 1992. Both pharmacies closed when national chains took over the drugstore market in Tallahassee." [See also Dalton's Pharmacy (Rc04876)]
