Note from attached sheet: War Department, Ordnance Service Command Shop, 528 W. Madison Street, Tallahassee, FL. Shop responsible for: automotive repair and parts supply. Originally repair work for US Forest Service, National Park Service, US Army, or any government agency. Shop taken over by Army on or about 5/30/1942, moved to Tallahassee 10/1/1942, then to Camp Gordon Johnston, FL, 7/30/1943.
