Printed on sleeve: Son of George L. and Sarah Creighton Craig Damon. Married Alice Perry.
Printed on sleeve: Graduated from Virginia Military Institute as a civil engineer in 1872 and was almost continuously engaged in railroad engineering. On July 1, 1907, he was appointed by the railroad commissioners of Florida as inspecting engineer, in which position he continued until his death.
