Accompanying note: "Florida Highway Patrol Cpl. O.D. Arnett, of Fort Lauderdale, center, just back from a trip to and around Europe because he was nice to a visiting group of British travel agents, shows some photographs made during the tour and some are of the same places Gov. Bryant inspected, but the governor had to work for part of his trip and pay for the remainder. Arnett's trip was for free and arranged for by the travel agents' association. At right is Col. H.N.
