Lieut Governor of Florida

Sir- I have the honor to
notify you that the Senate of the State, sitting
for the trial of the impeachment of Harrison
Reed Governor, has this day at 5 1/2 O'clock
P.M. declared Governor Reed discharged
and acquitted of the Impeachment heretofore
pending against him-
