of Osceola in the collection of Charles Bird King lithographs is something
of a mystery. It
is often attributed to King, but was it actually painted by him, or was
it created by an unknown artist who pieced together elements from other
portraits of Osceola?

will analyze the portraits and add their voices to the debate.
