Boltin served as the emcee. Rogers and friends (McLean, Bookbinder, and the Criders) closed out the Saturday evening performances. McClain and Goodson opened the Sunday morning performances (introduced by folklorist Bulger).

46,000 photographic images and approximately 5,000 audio recordings are cataloged.
